Position Requirements and Duties
- College degree
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Balanced strategic, consultative, technical and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to persuade or recruit others regarding products, programs and/or initiatives
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing projects
- Proactive, problem solver, accountable to customers and company management
- Capable of building strong relationships with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver's license with acceptable clean motor vehicle record
- Call prospective clients to arrange face to face meetings for onsite qualification of customer needs
- Maximize sales by generating new leads through networking
- Provide product information, quote pricing and make sales
- Develop customer presentations and proposals
- Travel as required to develop business opportunities
- Work with internal customer service representatives and managers to ensure the customers' needs are met
- Troubleshoot problems and handle complaints as necessary
- Develop marketing and sales plans for growth of existing accounts
- Keep informed of industry changes, new products, services and other items of interest to customers
- Regularly update CRM database with customer contact and activity information

Position Requirements and Duties
- Experience and/or education as a repair & service technician
- Positive and motivated
- Practical mechanical skills, repair skills & computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience with printers and printer brands such as Zebra, Sato, Datamax and Intermec is good
- Experience in wireless and computer network infrastructure a plus
