Imprint Enterprises has been your trusted barcode, RFID, and mobility solutions provider since 1975. With unparalleled service and support, Imprint has worked hard to ensure your business receives the most value for your technology investment. On October 13, 2025, it was announced that Imprint has merged with DecisionPoint Technologies.
With offices across the United States and Canada, DecisionPoint is a leader in enterprise mobility and edge technology solutions. This merger provides enterprise customers with more comprehensive and innovative offerings. Bob Conti, President and co-owner of Imprint, addresses some common questions and concerns customers have about the merger.
How Does DecisionPoint Technologies Compare to Imprint Enterprises, and Why Does the Merger Make Sense?
“First, all of us at Imprint are really excited because joining DecisionPoint Technologies is really a major enhancement for Imprint Enterprises and our customers.
DecisionPoint's North American business and revenue is significantly larger than ours, and they have facilities across the United States and Canada. Imprint is going to be the Midwest hub for DecisionPoint in the United States. Combined, we have thousands of customers and hundreds of industry partners.
What I'm most excited about is that not only will Imprint be able to do the same job that we have done for our customers over our 50 year history, providing the same products and services with the same personnel, but now we have access to a significant number of enhanced services that we did not have available to us prior.”
There will be no interruptions during the evolutionary process, ensuring consistency and quality.
Will There Be Any Changes to Product and Services for the Customer?
“No. Imprint will be business as usual, with the same team, the same product, and the same pricing. Everything is going to remain consistent.
Our number one job is to take care of you, the customer.”
Are There Any Changes to Customer Point of Contact, Salesperson, or Support Representatives?
“Not at all. Your sales reps, customer support team, and your service team are not changing. We will be doing business as normal, with the same individuals that you know.
Our goal is for you not to even notice that anything has changed, other than the name on the door and the enhanced products and service that we can now offer.”
Will There Be Any Disruptions in Current or Pending Orders, Shipping, or Technical Support?
“There will be no disruptions whatsoever. Everything is going to remain consistent, and we will continue fulfilling and processing orders, blanket orders, and service requests as normal.”
How Does Imprint Enterprises Feel About the Merger and What It Creates for the Future of Technology?
“We're all very, very excited. We think that this capability enhancement that we are now going to be able to leverage is going to give our customers not only the same consistent quality, service, and pricing, but a monumental enhancement in terms of other products and services that we can furnish them.
That will give customers access to better visibility and better workflows through a greater offering of products and services.”
Imprint Still Brings Quality and Service, Now with Greater Offerings
As Bob shared, the trusted specialists that you know will remain at Imprint and will continue to offer the service and support you know and love. There will be no interruptions during the evolutionary process, ensuring consistency and quality. If there are any changes in the future, customers will be notified directly.
