ONECARE®
VisibilityIQ™ OneCare® service and support is a configurable web-based tool enabling series repair, support cases, contracts, and LifeGuard™ reports. It’s a part of the service agreement for mobile computers and scanners under any Zebra OneCare® Contract. Not sure if you have one of these agreements? Contact us fore more information. OneCare® grants you visibility across repair data, technical/non-technical case data, contract information and LifeGuard™ analytics for Android devices. The dashboard is dynamic, personalized, and customizable. With a built-in automated interactive tool, you can replace manual reporting. There’s more data readily at your fingertips, such as relevant and usable info related to repairs, cases, contracts, and performance as well as, insights about security updates. Plus, the data is presented in a more digestible manner via graphs that can be set to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Leveraging OneCare® maximizes your device uptime, secures your devices and data, and highlights repair status. If you’re already holding a OneCare® contract, you should be enabling your VisibilityIQ™ OneCare® portal and putting this tool to work today.
FORESIGHT
With Foresight you can instantly know all your mobile computer device metrics from one single pane which helps you to streamline your workflows. In short, your data for all your mobile terminals (handheld, tablet, or mobile printer) is all on one single dashboard. You’ll be able to ensure your devices are ready and available for the workday. Essentially, you get to see the big picture because Foresight pulls from more data sources and stores it for longer time periods than any other device.
